Margaret S. Heydorn is President of Heydorn Capital Management LLC. Prior to forming HCM in June 2001, Margaret was Vice President and Manager of Strategic Allocation Services, an investment division within the Private Bank of JPMorgan Chase Bank. In addition to managing private client investment portfolios, she was responsible for managing the business. From 1997 to 2001 she was also a member of the bankwide Investment Policy Committee responsible for setting, coordinating, and monitoring bank investment policy. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase in 1990 (and its predecessor banks Chase Manhattan Bank, Chemical Bank, and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company), she spent sixteen years in various positions advising individual and institutional clients with their investments at Bankers Trust, Metropolitan Life, and Morgan Guaranty Trust Company. Margaret holds a B.S. degree in Finance from St. John’s University, is a Certified Financial Services Counselor from Northwestern University’s National Graduate Trust School, and was a Registered Representative of the New York Stock Exchange and National Association of Securities Dealers holding Series 7 and Series 66 licenses while at JPMorgan Chase Bank. Margaret attended New York University’s School of Finance, Law, and Taxation in Financial Planning, is licensed as a Life, Accident & Health insurance broker in New York State, and is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) professional.
Lourdes D. Pring is Senior Vice President of Heydorn Capital Management LLC. Prior to joining HCM in January 2004, Lourdes was Vice President at Gabelli Asset Management Company from 1996 through 2003. She was Director of Portfolio Administration and Operations for separately managed high net worth and institutional client investment portfolios and the broker dealer affiliate, Gabelli & Company. Lourdes was also a member of the Compliance Committee, which reviewed all applicable regulatory requirements and critical business activities. Prior to joining GAMCO, she was responsible for establishing the Portfolio Accounting and Administration group for separate accounts and the Investment Company businesses at Lehman Brothers Global Asset Management. In the twenty years before joining Lehman Brothers, Lourdes held various positions within the fiduciary divisions of Manufacturers Hanover Trust (currently JPMorgan Chase), Bankers Trust, and Chase Manhattan Bank, and was a Portfolio Assistant at Alliance Capital Management. Lourdes holds a B.S. degree with concentration in Economics, along with a General Business certificate from Pace University. Lourdes is a registered Investment Advisor Representative (Series 65), a Uniform Investment Adviser Law qualification.
Alana M. Stone is Vice President of Heydorn Capital Management LLC. She has over ten years experience in the financial services industry and is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) professional. In addition, Alana is an Adjunct Professor at Pace University's Lubin School of Business. She has been teaching "Fundamentals of Financial Planning" to CFP® candidates since 2006. Prior to joining HCM Alana served as Vice President and Manager of the JPMorgan Chase small business investment, retirement,and insurance business. She was responsible for creating and implementing annual business, strategic, marketing, and training plans.Alana used her financial planning background to train the JPMorgan Chase sales force to help business owners identify their investment and retirement needs. Before joining Chase, Alana managed strategic marketing for high net worth clients at The Dreyfus Corporation. Previous to that she headed up the Small Business Center marketing unit for MetLife. While at Met, Alana focused on both individual and group insurance solutions for small business owners. Also a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and a Series 7, 6, 63, and life & health insurance licensee, Alana received a B.S. in finance from the University of Colorado. She also studied financial planning at the NYU School of Finance, Law, and Taxation.
